No thing how large or small, corporate or private, our dedicated team of Master Carvers and terribly trained staff will be determined to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually chosen for quality, size and weight by the farmer so that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can moreover have combination New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison gone their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that anything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
