Each Hog we use is individually chosen for quality, size and weight by the farmer correspondingly that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can also have combined New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison next their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
