We conceit ourselves upon our attention to detail following every Undy client, every budget, every occasion. Our completely bespoke door with each client in Undy, means that we always accommodate their every need at all level.

No business how large or small, corporate or private, our dedicated team of Master Carvers and intensely trained staff will be clear to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually fixed for quality, size and weight by the farmer so that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can next have total New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison bearing in mind their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
