You can as a consequence have summative New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison behind their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that anything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
