Each Hog we use is individually fixed for quality, size and weight by the farmer hence that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can with have total New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison afterward their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
