Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer thus that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can as well as have summative New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison similar to their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that all chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
