Each Hog we use is individually agreed for quality, size and weight by the farmer hence that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can plus have whole New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison once their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that all chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
