We pride ourselves on our attention to detail afterward every Mere client, every budget, every occasion. Our completely bespoke door with each client in Mere, means that we always accommodate their all need at all level.

No issue how large or small, corporate or private, our dedicated team of Master Carvers and terribly trained staff will be determined to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually agreed for quality, size and weight by the farmer in view of that that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can along with have collective New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison as soon as their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
