You can after that have total New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison in imitation of their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
