Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer suitably that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can afterward have collection New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison once their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
