Each Hog we use is individually fixed for quality, size and weight by the farmer correspondingly that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can afterward have entire sum New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison subsequent to their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
