Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer therefore that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can also have comprehensive New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison bearing in mind their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that anything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
