Each Hog we use is individually fixed for quality, size and weight by the farmer consequently that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can then have gather together New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison taking into consideration their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that anything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
