No thing how large or small, corporate or private, our dedicated team of Master Carvers and deeply trained staff will be distinct to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer correspondingly that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can afterward have comprehensive New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison similar to their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
