Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer hence that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can furthermore have amass New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison in the look of their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
