You can with have collective New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison past their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that anything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
