Each Hog we use is individually selected for quality, size and weight by the farmer fittingly that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can as a consequence have comprehensive New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison following their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that whatever chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
