No event how large or small, corporate or private, our dedicated team of Master Carvers and very trained staff will be clear to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually prearranged for quality, size and weight by the farmer appropriately that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can with have total New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison taking into account their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
