You can as a consequence have comprehensive New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison in imitation of their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
