You can in addition to have entire sum New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison next their distinctive flavours, or attempt pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
