Each Hog we use is individually chosen for quality, size and weight by the farmer suitably that the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% every time. You can moreover have comprehensive New Romney lamb, Aberdeen Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens, wild boar and venison like their distinctive flavours, or try pheasant or goose.

We are a non franchised operation, meaning that everything chefs come from our base and are not subcontracted.
